Validation Costs of a European Patent in Germany

This page only applies to European patents the mention of the grant of which has been published before Mai 1, 2008. This may be the case, if European patents have to be re-validated after opposition proceedings. Since Mai 1, 2008 Germany is member of the London agreement. So for newly granted European patents no validation is required in Germany.
